AUTOPACE Consortium

AUTOPACE Consortium assembles five organisations with a large experience on the field of ATM psychological modelling and ATM system operations.

AUTOPACE is led by CRIDA, the R&D+i Centre of the Spanish Air Navigation Service Provider and formed by the University of Granada – Faculty of Psychology, the Polytechnic University of Madrid – School of Controllers; the University of Bologna; and the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering.

The AUTOPACE Consortium provides the required skills that fill out and complete AUTOPACE R&D needs. CRIDA has a sound experience on the performance assessment of ATM concepts; the University of Granada – Faculty of Psychology brings its wide knowledge on the field of Human cognition; the Polytechnic University of Madrid -School of controllers contributes with its experience in the Competences and Training area; the University of Bologna provides experience in Human Machine Interfaces; and the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering closes the loop providing its expertise in safety.

The combination of skills provided by these organisations exploits existing synergies psychological modelling research and the required ATM operational experience and training strategies.
